Annual General Meeting Statement
At today’s Annual General Meeting of Concurrent Technologies Plc (“the Company”), a world leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer products for critical applications in the defence, aerospace, telecommunications, transportation, scientific and industrial markets, Michael Collins, Chairman, made the following statement:
“I am pleased to report that the Company’s performance during the first four months of 2017 has been encouraging and the turnover and operating profit are both in line with the Board’s expectations. Our cash position remains strong following increased dividend payments in respect of 2016 and our continuing investment in product development.”
All of the resolutions were duly passed at today’s Annual General Meeting.
